So i installed my AEM Digital boost gauge today and just wanna make sure its running right. What is the stock psi level set to? When i take off, the gauge peaks at 22psi and tapers to 18psi...is that correct? I thought stock it was like 15psi. Only mods i have is K&N intake and T1R resinated test pipe and the wastegate mod.
Also does it matter where on the boost vac line i place the T-fitting? I seen on a few pictures people are putting it right after the manifold but before the steel tube. Since i couldnt get the sensor wire to reach all the way to the engine bay i had to put the T-fitting between the steel tube and the bov. Is that ok or does it need to be a certain distance to get an accurate reading?
