For ECUFLASH, it will typically select the vehicle by default once the USB connection is made.

For Evoscan, you will need to test various settings and see which one works. For my 2011 EDM, I use the Golden 2011 USDM V3 because all logs work on that one.

 

Cheers, thats very interesting. I can get logs from evoscan just want to make sure I was getting the right info.

Ecuflash however isnt selecting the vehicle for me, that why I guess I can download rom.

Been a week trying to figure this out, All my parts are starting to turn up so getting frustrated.

 

I have worked out there is an issue with the installer and windows 10 not being able to direct the path for metadata, colour maps, logs and rom file directory. Of which there are no files in those folders which may be causing my next issue I cant view, edit my ROM as there are no definitions
